We focus on established assets and companies that are well-positioned for growth in their respective industry or geography. Our focus is limited to those sectors well-suited to the expertise and experience of our partners, advisors and professionals.

Two Oaks invests only in acquisitions wherein we have identified a clear path to value creation - whether it be expanding markets, growing revenues, improving operational efficiency or adding value via add-on acquisitions.

Every asset must meet stringent investment standards before we consider adding it to our portfolio.

  • Enterprise/Asset value: $3 million+

  • Controlling/majority interest

  • Significant hard asset base

  • Limited payroll/personnel

  • Limited inventory

  • Based in the United States

  • 3 years+ old
